So for Valentine’s Day this year I wanted to go out and treat my girlfriend to something special. A women I worked with said I should get her a facial as one of her gifts and suggested Arizen Day Spa. I called them up and set an appointment. Being a guy, I was not aware that there was so many different types of facials available, but the women on the phone was very helpful and explained all the options available so that I could make a decision on what to get. I wanted to surprise my girlfriend so I went with her to the spa. While there, I learned that they offered different things for men as well. The staff, and my girlfriend, convinced me to partake in what I believe was called the Good Fortune (I hope that is what it is called) which was their version of a men’s facial. Now I have never done anything like this nor did I know things like facials existed for men, but let me say this…It was awesome. It was an hour long massage with hot towels. I don’t know if any of you guys have had a hot shave at the barber shop before, but this blew that away. It was seriously very relaxing and a great experience. My girlfriend really hit it off with the staff and to top it all off we received a 20% discount because we were new customers. I highly recommend this place to anyone interested or as a great gift to your girlfriend. –SC-
I went to aesthetic school with Kristine and she is an amazing aesthetician and also is very good at waxing. I would recommend her to anyone she was always my choice to when I needed a facial and wax. She is great! –LP-
I came in to the spa to get my eyebrows waxed. It’s always a little nerve racking going into a new salon with someone you don’t know, but Kristine made me feel right at home, she was super accommodating and very friendly. The environment was very clean and orderly. Not only did she wax my eyebrows, she also helped me with some questions I had about make-up and gave me a discount card for a much needed facial. I would recommend Kristine to ANYONE!! -KD-
I really appreciated how my esthetician, Kristine, took her time in explaining each step of the facial. I enjoyed the moment and suck up all the pampering I can get! Kristine made me feel relaxed and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. After the facial, my skin felt amazingly soft and I’m a facial fanatic! I also appreciated the fact that Kristine cleaned off my hairline so well…it’s so annoying pulling facial remains out of my curly hairline after a facial. Although I’m not from the Seattle area, I would definitely recommend Kristine to everyone I know…and to those I don’t! -JT-
